In order to belong to a board you must pay your realtor fees. These can vary by the:

When you join the Board
Avoid delays by signing up quickly!

The Board will instruct you to take an MLS Compliance class in order to access and utilize the MLS. Ensure you complete this class ASAP!

SUPRA E-KEY is the main way you will open homes for showings in Florida. It is a bluetooth lockbox system that connects to your smartphone. Make sure you sign up for SUPRA through your Board. CLICK HERE

IGNITE is the official Keller Williams new agent training and onboarding program. It will prepare you for your beginning in real estate. Be sure to book this class. It lasts 4 weeks and is conducted entirely via ZOOM.
